特朗普施政的一个特色是很大不确定性，已有媒体总结其外交政策的最大特色是“交易性”，那么核武库政策是否也是其交易策略的一部分，是不是也会成为他的交易筹码，现在也还没有定数，但我们确信的是，如果真把核弹头也推上桌面当筹码，那可是高度危险的。
